The guest bedrooms are individually named after rivers which
can be found nearby. They are the Exe, Otter and Clyst. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms and the third has a
hand basin and a separate private toilet and shower. Rooms are doubles but are available for single occupancy at an
attractive discount (subject to season). All rooms have central heating, hairdryer, radio alarm, digital TV, DVD and CD, electronic
safe, hospitality tray with a range of beverages and biscuits, books, magazines, bottled water, bathrobes and a selection
of toiletries.

Prices start at just £31 per person per night sharing for the
Clyst Room. En-suite rooms are from £34 per person per night sharing. Single rooms from £40.00 to £55.00 per night.
We accept cash, cheques supported by a cheque card and most major debit and credit cards.

Your room will usually be available from 4pm - 6pm, earlier or later by arrangement, and should be vacated by 10.15am on the day of your departure. Please contact us if you would like to make
alternative arrangements and we will do our best to help.

For breakfast we aim to accommodate all tastes. We offer
a full English breakfast with a selection of items including free range eggs, local bacon and speciality sausages. We
also offer fresh fruit, fruit slices and yoghurt. This is in addition to your choice of cereal, hot toast and freshly
brewed tea or coffee.
For guests who are vegetarian or have special dietary requirements
please contact us prior to your arrival stating your exact needs and we will be happy to assist.
